You should set up your business manager through your personal profile, even if you plan to use it for your business. Here’s why:

Facebook’s Requirements:

• Facebook requires that business managers be linked to a personal profile. This ensures that there is an accountable person managing the business manager and helps maintain security and trust.

Business Information:

• While the business manager is created through your personal profile, you can and should enter your business information, such as your business name, address, and contact details. This information will be used for business operations and ad billing.

Managing Multiple Accounts:

• Using your personal profile to set up the business manager doesn’t mean that your personal activities and business activities are linked. They remain separate, allowing you to manage multiple business accounts from one personal profile.
