Should I delete old Facebook pages and ad accounts that I no longer use?

It is not necessary to delete old Facebook pages as they do not affect your new activities. You can simply ignore them. For old or inactive ad accounts, it's best to attempt to reinstate them so you can use them again, but you still need to follow the warm-up process.
