I've had my Facebook account for over 15 years and now it's suspended. What should I do?

Your account being suspended is likely due to it being hacked and linked to an Instagram account that's not yours. Reach out to both Instagram and Facebook support, go through the appeal process, and provide verification of your identity to get your account back.
