Stage four says I need to schedule two 24-hour posts each day for $5 each post. Do I have to log in every day and schedule these posts or can I pre-schedule the 19 days of post in one go?

You need to manually log in and schedule these posts daily. Pre-scheduling defeats the purpose of the warm-up process.
